2. ROckwater Hove

One of the newest additions to Sussex’s stunning coastline is Rockwater Hove. With three distinctive restaurants, each serving their own menu, this place has quickly become a sought-after weekend destination.

The roof terrace décor is understated with its plush leather seating, marble tabletops and lush pops greenery, but it’s these small details that allow the panoramic views to take centre-stage. Large bi-fold doors and a retractable roof help to set the ambience, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy a cocktail in the comfort of this luxurious, well-designed space.

3. Sketch

Another entry from the capital is Sketch! Widely recognised for its striking pink interior with cloud-like plush chairs, zig-zag floor and array of hand-drawn prints, this characterful Mayfair venue is popular with locals and tourists alike. In addition to beautiful dining spaces, Sketch is also known for its egg-shaped toilets, which capture the imagination and attention of everyone who visits.

With an array of different rooms, each with its own distinct look – Sketch offers a memorable experience that will never get old.

The award-winning Leila Lily’s in Newcastle is definitely one to add to your list. It’s darker and slightly moodier than some of our previous suggestions but this only adds to its appeal.
